Rite smoke like many e cigarette sites does present itself quite well, listing benefits of smoking electronic cigarettes over smoking traditional cigarettes. They give you the benefits, the savings, and the overall advantages of using their electronic smoking system. This is all well and good, but when it comes to ordering their products, the site can be very confusing. There seems to be only 1 type of cartridge for the 2 strengths of nicotine they offer, which seems odd.
Other than the confusing website, it seems they offer a great variety of nicotine strengths, and a great mix of 7 flavours. The product is as easy to use as any other electronic smoking system, and offers the same great alternative to tobacco burning cigarettes.
Everybody loves getting something for nothing. With Rite Smoke you might not actually be getting their product for nothing but it’s as close to nothing as I have seen in the electronic cigarette industry. Free trials are often things I tend to steer clear of but as an E-cig reviewer I had to find out about what Rite Smoke are offering and so promptly signed up for the free trial of their new electronic cigarette. Basically the deal with Rite smoke is you sign up for a free trial of their product and they send you a starter pack completely free of charge. This pack includes 2 batteries, a charger, a portable pack/charger and 10 cartridges in a choice of either menthol or tobacco flavor. They give you 15 days to test their product and then if you are not happy with it you can return it back and pay only the cost of the shipping, which is $6.95. I signed up and the deal went exactly as I have just outlined, I got the product, tested it and am now going to keep it and pay the money as I am very pleased with it. It is a pen-like design in black (two piece construction) and the portable pack/charger is also very elegant. I found the nicotine delivery smooth and effective and the throat hit perfect. The vapor production is also very good and everything fit together and worked without any fuss. As a free trial that actually works I would highly recommend giving this a try, even if you don’t intend to buy. As a product I would also recommend this.
One thing that is not so great about this free trial is that if you don’t like the product you just send it back and pay only the $6.95 shipping (of which they are obviously not going to be making a loss), but this neglects to mention that you are also paying to ship the product back to them which means you are paying for shipping to your house and back to them. Now depending on how you do this, this ends up being the price of a disposable electronic cigarette which is just as effective a way of trying a company’s electronic cigarette flavor without any of the fuss I have just mentioned. Fair enough, if you end up liking the product this is not an issue but if you don’t, or never intended to purchase it to begin with then this free trial is not exactly as free as it might initially seem.
I ended up keeping the free trial package and paying the price for it. I really was satisfied with the way Rite Smoke conducted itself throughout this process and how they have been there for me since when ordering refills and what have you. The Rite smoke electronic cigarette is a top quality product. It looks lovely, and nothing like a real cigarette which I much prefer. The batteries are strong and durable, the vapor is plentiful and the nicotine hit great. I have no trouble recommending Rite Smokes to anyone as they have proven themselves to be a great company who looks after their customers and have a brilliant product. I have recently heard that they are no longer supplying this product retail, but only wholesale and I am not sure how this will effect existing customers. This has disappointed me somewhat since I was so happy with their product and service but I will certainly update this review when I have more information on this situation.
