I have to echo the comments of the other electronic cigarette reviewers here. I have had some terrible experiences with these things, especially since I started looking into electronic cigarettes way back when they first started being produced. So all the gripes you are likely to read on a site like this, I have probably had them happen to me over the years. Smoketip have marked a point, for me at least, where I felt that the industry had finally matured. They supply a no-nonsense, solid product and supplement this with capable customer service to ensure you get the best deal going. Their electronic cigarette is competitively priced, reliable and also comes in an array of flavors. I am more than happy to recommend them as I have never had a bad experience ordering them and any issues I have experience with their product have been swiftly addressed by their customer care team. The electronic cigarette has finally arrived, and it is Smoketip who stocks it.
I am very happy with Smoketip as they seem to be a company that is actively listening to what electronic cigarette buyers have been saying about the products that are available and have tailored their own product to address these questions. I placed an order with Smoketip and had the misfortune of having my starter pack arrive with a faulty battery charger. I had initially ordered with the company because the reviews had stated that Smoketip provides a good level of customer service. This proved to be a good decision to make and their customer service promptly mailed me out a replacement charger. Mine had apparently been one of a bad batch. After this I only ever needed to contact their customer service team to order refills. My Smoketip electronic cigarette has been functioning fine and I have gotten used to using it. Once you get over the glaring differences between an electronic cigarette and a regular one you get to accustomed to the new way of receiving your nicotine and you quickly leave cigarettes behind once and for good. I haven’t managed to quit entirely I must admit, I still have an occasional smoke when I have a drink but for all intents and purposes I am off the cigarettes now and this is of course thanks to Smoketip’s excellent product and excellent service.
Why do they have to make these things look like real cigarettes? Don’t they realise how stupid these things look when you are using them? Especially considering how heavy they are and that you cant hold them in your mouth like a regular cigarette without biting down on them. Why do you want them to look like a smoke anyway? Who are you fooling, they’re just like like those stupid and ill-advised cigarette candies we used to get from the store when we were kids, only bigger, bulkier, more heavy and with a stupid LED on the end to simulate the cherry on the end of a real smoke. Hate them with a passion. Electronic cigarettes, pah, smoke the real thing or just quit I say. There is no limit to the stupid products they will figure out how to make a market for.
Oliver I guess there’s no point mentioning that Smoke Tip also offer their batteries in black and metal as well you if you don’t like the fake cigarette look you do have options. Also companies like Blu Cig have moved away from the traditional cigarette as the basic for what these things should resemble and so their line looks more like a pen than a cigarette. As far as your final comments are concerned I would urge you to read some of the reviews by real users and these will prove to you that it is not either smoke the real thing or quit. So many of the people who have left comments here and elsewhere about their experiences of electronic cigarettes have testified that this product has helped them quit cigarettes where all others have failed, not only helping then deal with cravings that result from stopping smoking cigarettes, but also helping them deal with those stressful moments of weakness that would ordinarily cause them to relapse. Fair enough electronic cigarettes are not your thing, but this doesn’t change the fact that they have helped and are helping many many people indeed. That is why there is a market for e-cigs.
I am another very happy and satisfied customer who has order from Smoketip. And in general their batteries also seem to be more reliable, lasting for longer and failing far less often. So as you can see what you get with Smoketip is a quality product backed by a quality team. What more could you possibly want? Let’s not forget that Smoketip’s electronic cigarette is among the most competitively priced in the industry.
I bought this product because I was sick and tired of paying taxes on cigarettes and having the ones I ordered from overseas being confiscated every few months by U.S customs. I had lost so much money buying real cigarettes online in the past that I though loosing a little more to an electronic cigarette would not be the end of the world. I was given the Smoketip starter package by a friend from work who keeps insisting that it is time for me to give up my smoking habit and to get healthy while I can still reverse the damage that it has done to me. At first I was far from keen, looking at the plastic cigarette like thing, painted to resemble a real one, with USB chargers and cartridges and what not. It looked more like a miniature weapon to me than a smoking device. I’m also really wary of all sorts of products like this ever since China became the center of the world’s manufacture for all things from televisions to, well, electronic cigarettes for starters! Anyway my friend urged me to look past the tacky Borg-like appearance or the wires and all that and to just not smoke a regular cigarette when I ordinarily would, let the Smoketip electronic cigarette charge, and then give it a try when I was absolutely desperate for a smoke. To entertain him as much as myself I did just that and was astonished to find that it dealt with my craving on the spot, just like that. I’ve never tried any other methods of nicotine delivery so I’m new to all this but I was so surprised to feel all that pent up desperation just ebb away in a matter of seconds. It doesn’t feel anything like a real cigarette, it provides you with a throat hit and obviously there is a nicotine rush when it enters your blood stream but this is quite different. I wouldn’t say it’s nicer because frankly it isn’t, what I would say though is that it is cleaner, that was the first thing to go through my head, also it does surprisingly well at taking the edge off your cravings. But I have significantly cut down, and I know when it comes to taking those few final dreaded steps I will be in very good hands with Smoketip.
Like the previous reviewer I was given this as a present but it seemed to have had the opposite effect on me. I must be nowhere near ready to quit because just the thought of this gift really aggravated me. It made me feel like a social leper when I am not even a heavy smoker and feel my habit is well under control. Anyway having been given the gift it sat there on my coffee table daring me to try it out that evening so I took everything out of the box and read the instructions while charging it up and all that. Then when it was ready I took the electronic cigarette put it to my lips and pulled hard on the end. It did actually deliver a surprising hit of nicotine that went straight to my head. I had to look at what I was holding to double check that it was in fact an electronic cigarette and not an electronic something else. So yes, vaporized nicotine, straight to the lungs, no smoke no tar. Very good, round of applause. It still didn’t stop annoying me though. The fact that this absurd plastic device could be deemed more socially acceptable in this day and age than a humble cigarette just makes me a bit nauseous to be honest. I used to watch science fiction films as a kid with similar social subject matter and I feel like I’m living in a weird one now. I think we’ve gotten very carried away with this whole smoking thing. Anyway I didn’t bin the electronic cigarette gift if that’s what you’ve been reading on in order to find out. I’ll keep it for when I am literally dying to quit, for now though, it does make me go a bit cold. No offense to Smoketip, I’m sure they’ve helped lots of people.
I love this product. Forget what the haters have to say. Smoketip have put together a pretty impressive electronic cigarette package that for me at least ticks all the right boxes. Not only is it cheap, it is well put together, reliable, comes in some awesome flavors, is simple and no nonsense and you can even buy upgrades so that it no longer looks like a regular smoke. It helped me kick my habit and it’s also perfect for use in places where you can’t smoke anymore. People seem to have forgotten this little fact. Anyway if you are in the market for an electronic cigarette I seriously urge you to do some research on Smoketip, they are ace and come highly recommended not by just myself. Thanks!
Simple, robust, and affordable. Three things that any good product should have. Smoketip’s electronic cigarette certainly has all three and take it from someone who has dabbled widely in the electronic cigarette market, you don’t find those three things in one place very often. Let alone find them also accompanied by great customer service, and impressive levels of quality control. I stopped shopping for electronic cigarettes the day after my Smoketip electronic cigarette starter pack arrived, and I haven’t looked back. Both my wife and I have our own now, we have managed to wean ourselves off the smokes and have even taken up walking together. I can;t praise this product enough, if you are serious about kicking your habit then Smoketip will give you the tools to finish the job.
I hate to be a killjoy here, I too am very impressed with these products and have used them extensively myself as aid to stop smoking. What I feel I have to draw attention to is the fact that it is very easy to swap one addiction with another with electronic cigarettes. Directly inhaling vaporized nicotine is a very good way to get your fix if you are a nicotine junkie. And one thing that these electronic cigarettes do is make it very easy to take in levels of nicotine that it would be nearly impossible to do while smoking the good old fashioned way. I have struggled with my own addiction to these things and had to stop when I realized that I had swapped one addiction for another and was probably taking in greater quantities of nicotine than I did as a smoker. Use these things with caution, they might look a bit silly but they are serious medicinal delivery systems that deserve some respect. Used properly they will deliver you from cigarette addiction. Used stupidly they’ll become just another imp on your back.
Not happy with this. It came late, felt cheap and was completely unreliable. Oh and customer service were rubbish only after convincing me to buy this thing.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my smoketip! I smoke way LESS using it and will eventually go down to 0mg of nicotine (I’m at 12mg now). It is a QUALITY product with SUPERIOR customer service! If I’ve ever had a problem, even on a Sunday night, they always email me back within just a couple of hours…..not days!!!! I do not want nor wish to try another system, why would I mess with what works, is affordable and has great customer service?
