Our order Statuses are there to keep you updated on the progress of your order. Your order will go through the following steps:
Pending payment – This indicates that the payment request has been sent to our processor and is awaiting verification;
Processing – The order is currently being processed by the payment gateway;
Completed – You order has been approved and qualifies to move ahead;
Cancelled – possible reasons for cancelled orders are:
– Cancelled due to customer request.
– Customer has not provided required documentation, bank details or requested credentials.
– Order cancelled by Cig4U as our staff could not successfully contact the customer.
Warehouse Process – Order has been sent to the warehouse for packaging, labeling and shipping;
Charged and Shipped – Your full order has left the warehouse and is making its way to you;
Standby – Order has been placed on hold due to customer request or Cig4U requires further information to process the order;
Compensation – This is where a reshipment or refund has been issued due to special circumstances;
Rejected – Order was cancelled by the payment gateway due to incorrect checking information;
